Preparation & Integration

Pre & post plant medicine integration sessions.

Clear preparation. Careful integration. A grounded container around an experience that already carries its own weight.

Healing doesn't have to be hard.

A Grounded Container

Plant medicine opens significant inner material. What you bring to ceremony — and how you integrate after — shapes everything.

Plant Medicine Integration sessions support clients who are preparing for, or returning from, ceremonial plant medicine experiences. We do not facilitate plant medicine itself — these sessions are entirely separate from any ceremony and do not involve substances.

Preparation

Before a plant medicine ceremony.

Plant medicine ceremonies, when held with care, can open significant inner material. The state you arrive in shapes what the medicine has to work with.

Preparation sessions give you space to clarify your intention, examine what you're hoping to release or understand, and arrive with a grounded nervous system rather than a fearful or over-eager one.

The Preparation

The state you arrive in shapes what the medicine has to work with.

Arrive grounded. Arrive clear.

Integration

After a plant medicine ceremony.

The days and weeks after a meaningful ceremony are where integration actually happens — or doesn't. Without structure, the insights tend to fade.

Integration sessions combine quiet reflection, somatic awareness, and energetic clearing through the Q'ero lineage. The goal is not to interpret your experience for you, but to help your system metabolise what came up, so the work continues in your daily life.

What we do not do...

We are clear, and consistently clear, about what this work is not. Our practice does not include:

  • Facilitation of any plant medicine ceremony — ayahuasca, psilocybin, peyote, mescaline, San Pedro, or any other substance. We do not provide, prepare, or guide plant medicine directly.
  • Endorsement or recommendation of specific plant medicine facilitators. We do not refer.
  • Replacement of medical or psychiatric care. If you have a history of psychosis, severe mental health conditions, or are currently in crisis, please seek licensed support.
