What this work is

Shamanic Energy Healing is a complementary practice rooted in the Q'ero shamanic tradition of the Peruvian Andes. It uses energy awareness, intention, sound, and ceremonial practice to support the release of stored emotional and energetic patterns.

What this work is not

• Not medical care. We are not licensed physicians, psychotherapists, or other healthcare providers. Our work does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
• Not a substitute for therapy. If you are in acute mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services.
• Not plant medicine facilitation. We do not provide ayahuasca, psilocybin, or any other substance.
• Not fortune-telling. Intuitive sessions with Kristen do not predict fixed future events.

What you can expect

• A confidential, private, fully-clothed session.
• No physical manipulation or hands-on bodywork during energy healing sessions.
• The freedom to share — or not share — as you choose. You are welcome to remain on a first-name basis.
• A grounded, non-performative experience. We will not push for breakthroughs or dramatic outcomes.

What we ask of you

• That you are 18 years of age or older to book a session.
• That you let us know in advance about any medical conditions, medications, or recent surgeries that may affect your participation.
• That you arrive sober and not under the influence of substances that may affect your nervous system.
• That you participate voluntarily and at your own discretion, accepting responsibility for your interpretations and decisions.

Boundaries & ethics

We commit to the following ethical standards:

• No fear-based guidance or predictions.
• No pressure for additional sessions or ongoing work.
• No upselling of additional energy clearing services.
• No work performed without your explicit consent.
• Full confidentiality regarding everything shared in session.

Your right to stop

You may stop a session at any time, without explanation, and without question. The remainder of any pre-paid time will be credited or refunded.

By booking and participating in any session, retreat, or training with Shamanic Trekker, you acknowledge that you have read this informed consent, understood it, and agree to its terms.
