Terms governing services, bookings, refunds, and use of this website.

Services

Shamanic Trekker LLC ("we", "us") offers Shamanic Energy Healing sessions, retreats, training, and related products including books, films, and digital courses. These services are complementary in nature and are not a replacement for licensed medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

Booking & payment

Sessions and retreats are booked online or by direct correspondence. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation & refunds

  • Single sessions: Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance are fully refundable. Within 48 hours, a 50% rebooking credit applies.
  • Retreats and training: A 30% deposit is non-refundable. The balance is fully refundable up to 30 days before the start date, then 50% up to 14 days before, then non-refundable.
  • Journey to Peru: Subject to a separate agreement provided at the time of booking, due to international travel arrangements.
